just now I work for a communications company as part of a maintenance team,I do all welding and fabrication
eg machine guards, prototype work,safety projects ect,ect.
Time served metalworker and never done anything else(still enjoy it)

15 years here, but that kinda scare's me! US economy is in the toilet, my average customer is average joe hot rod builder, no pun towards "joe the plumber" which I hate by the way (never seen another person catapulted into the lime light that's so full of shit).
I've always said that every tangible item you purchase started with a machinist or fabricator in the way of manufacturing. But for the first time in my life, I'm worried about the carrer path I've chosen... Turns out I should have been a banker, you can F everything up and the US government just gives you more money... I don't get it?
