Thanks. jptech 03-02-2009, 12:51 PM I highly recomend a WP-20, or for really big stuff, a WP-18. The '20 I think is the best all around torch . It's nice and light, and it gets into small spaces. Their gas saver front end kit helps a lot too... zoeper 02-23-2010, 03:14 PM For precision (and mediumm duty) work my vote would have to go to the Binzel SR20 watercooled torch. These torches are only rated at 150 Amps for AC use but i have been using one for 6 years now and it is as good today as the day i bought it. (i fried a couple of power cables on it when i forgot to turn on the water cooler, but the torch is stil 100%) I have done a LOT of ali tig welding and i am not shy to push down on the pedal of my 300Amp machine. |
