Hi my name is Bob,I purchased a torch mate 3 in FEB. hade the table built by March and have had nothing but problems the machine works some times other times the head wont come down and fire the torch i have been on the phone with thier tech support over and over we changed the hieght control the plasma interface and now a new mother board for the signal generator i even tried a differt computer, could some one please help

I'm pretty sure the tech guys from Torchmate read the CNCZONE threads. I would also post over there, probably get a better response.

What is the model of the plasma? . What is the model and type of height control. Just trying to verify that the problem is not in the height control or plasma.
