Torchmate 3 Firing problem

Hello. We are setting up our new TM3. I have run all of the recommended tests and made all setting adjustments. I am having a problem with the Controller keeping the torch lit. The ohm meter shows that the controller is stopping the torch at about 10 second increments consistantly. The speed, ht. and voltage, etc. don't make a difference. I've contacted tech. support and they don't know what the prob. is but are researching it for me.
Any help is appreciated.
