ok guys we are getting close to having everything all setup. the prototype lathe is done and i will have pics and video up on friday afternoon9/11. we will begin taking orders on friday afternoon, and the first kits will ship on Friday 9/18. again this kit is basically just the mechanical components to convert a 9x20 lathe from a manual operation to cnc. the kit can be used with standard nema motors either stepper or servo with motor mounted encoder. i will also have some add on parts available like a qctp kit which will include on gang tool block as well as a rear mount tool post for cut off operations. the base kit will be 450 and will convert the x and z axis. a threading kit will be available.
